Dragon Charm Inc is a New York garment sourcing company that produces private label activewear for US brands, gyms, studios and retailers. We are not a single factory. We match each style to a vetted partner factory in our Asia network, then manage the order from tech pack to goods on board, so you get factory pricing with a US counterparty.

Fabrics and finishes
Common bases include nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex performance knits, brushed and peached fabrics, recycled polyester, cotton-spandex jersey and breathable mesh. Finishes include moisture-wicking treatments, four-way stretch, flatlock seams, bonded or laser-cut hems, hidden waistband pockets, screen printing, heat-transfer and silicone logos, sublimation prints and embroidery. Colors are matched to Pantone with lab dips before bulk fabric is dyed.
How an activewear order runs
- Brief and costing: send a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch. We cost it line by line across our factories.
- Sampling: proto, fit and pre-production samples, with fit comments managed until you sign off.
- Production and QA: in-line inspection and a pre-shipment audit against the approved sample and spec.
- Shipping: consolidation, freight booking and export documents through goods on board.

Minimums and lead times
Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the fabric, the number of colors and the construction. We confirm both in writing with your quote, before any sample is made, so there are no surprises later.
Factory compliance
We only quote factories with a current WRAP, BSCI or Sedex/SMETA audit and fire and building safety records for the actual production site. Read how we vet a factory.

Do you make activewear for new or small brands?
Yes. Boutique and direct-to-consumer brands are part of our client base. Most start with one or two styles and grow from there.
Can you match our exact color?
Yes. We submit lab dips matched to your Pantone reference for approval before bulk fabric is dyed.
Can you add our logo and labels?
Yes. Logos can be screen printed, heat transferred, silicone printed or embroidered, with your own woven labels, hangtags and packaging.
Who do we contract and pay?
Dragon Charm Inc, a New York corporation. Contracts and payment run through a US company, not an overseas intermediary.
